Ok, so I wanted to write about losing weight after having a baby.

I had 2 children and with the first kid I ate really well and then for 2 weeks after she was born I ate what ever I wanted, it took me almost 7 months to loose all the weight.

Then while pregnant with my son I did not eat as well. I did not eat bad, but not a healthy as with my daughter. then as soon as he was born. I ate really well and got back to the health way I like ti eat. Juicing was a huge factor in this process of losing weight. My mother in law bought my husband and I a juicer and my husband started juicing while I was pregnant, and I honestly was no interested as I was 9 month pregnant and hormonal, so juice did not cut it for me at that point :)

Then after seeing my husband lose weight and feel great, I decided to give it a try. It tasted great and refreshing. It actually made me feel better to have a glass of juice a day after having the baby. And when I did not have the juice i did not have as much energy and felt very tired. It made a huge difference. So I have lost the weight much quicker this time that with my daughter, but it is because I am determined and have set goals for myself and want to be healthy and energetic quickly so I can honor God, my husband, and chase after my daughter by taking care of the body I have been given. IT was so hard for me to chase her around when i was 9 month preggo, but not I can get on the floor and roll around just like daddy does :)

Healthy living is happy living. It brings purpose and confidence.

Ok, SO I am a total Sap!!!! Just watched some proposals on Good morning America online while the kiddos napped. So Lets talk love!! I must admit I have a fairy tail husband!! He is all I have ever wanted and more!!! We met in collage and got married less than 11 months after our first blind date set up by our best friend :) . And the rest is history. 8 years later we have 2 beautiful kids and and an amazing marriage. So i just wanted to say How thankful I am for my loving husband who has always put God first, and lead our family. I am so blessed to have such a remarkable man as my husband. He is loving, generous, kind, rowdy, and fun!!!

First Day Home w/ both Kids

Day one home with both kids

I can't and wont say Im alone, because I know Jesus is with me!! It sounds hokey, but I am standing on the word that God never leaves you nor forsakes you, and I NEED him today!!!

If this is your first day at home you know what I mean.

Now I am human, so I totally had my moment when my husband walked out the door to go to work where I Sat. and balled my eyes out, until my 18 month old daughter said it's OK mommy!! Gotta love the heart of a child!!

So i have managed to make some appointments, and check a few things off my large to-do list, and even bake some muffins (Thank you Trader Joe's for boxed muffin mix ) Mommy needed a little comfort food as the day got started!!

As you may have noticed I like exclamation marks, don't hate, everybody has their way of expressing themselves and this is mine. I am a pretty passionate person.
